Planungsleistungen der Fachplanung gem. HOAI Teil 4, Abschnitt 1, Tragwerksplanung § 51 HOAI, LPH 1-6 Maßnahmenbeschreibung: Die Gemeinde Groß Rheide plant, dass vorhandene Feuerwehrgerätehaus zu modernisieren, und deshalb durch einen Neubau an anderer Stelle zu ersetzen. Zum einen entspricht das bestehende Feuerwehrhaus nicht mehr den Anforderungen, die von der Feuerwehrunfallkasse erhoben werden. Gleichzeitig erhält die Feuerwehr ein neues und größeres Fahrzeug, wodurch es zu Platzproblemen innerhalb des Gebäudes kommt, die nicht sinnvoll in dem vorhandenen Gebäude ausgeglichen werden können. Der Neubau eines Feuerwehrgerätehauses mit Ausbau dorfgemäßer Gemeinschaftseinrichtungen soll auf einem ca. 4250 m2 großen, gemeindeeigenen Grundstück erfolgen. Die Kosten der Kostengruppen 200-700 wurden auf ca. 2,7 Mio. € brutto geschätzt. Zu diesem Zweck werden Planungsbüros zur Teilnahme am Wettbewerb aufgefordert, die das Leistungsbild Fachplanung Tragwerksplanung gem. §51 HOAI abdecken, und in der Vergangenheit ähnliche Maßnahmen verwirklicht haben. Es sollen die Leistungsphasen 1-6 bearbeitet werden Die Beauftragung wird stufenweise erfolgen. Der Auftraggeber behält sich vor, aus den vorgenannten Leistungsbildern nur einen Teil der Grundleistungen zu vergeben.
