Description

Objektplanung Im Haus 4 wurde um 1900 als Massivbau mit Ziegeln errichtet und steht unter Denkmalschutz. Es ist voll unterkellert, hat zwei Geschosse und ein ausgebautes Dachgeschoss. Das Dachgeschoss besteht aus einer Holztragkonstruktion in Sattelform mit Tonziegeleindeckung. Das Erdgeschoss hat eine Fläche von ca. 334 qm. Im 1.OG ca. 295 qm. Das Dachgeschoss ist durch die Dachkonstruktion kleiner als das 1.OG. Das Gebäude wurde zuletzt für die Unterbringung von 18 Patienten der Forensik untergebracht und ist jetzt seit über 10 Jahren ohne Nutzung. Hierdurch sind Feuchtigkeitsschäden an verschiedenen Stellen vorhanden. In dem Gebäude soll zukünftig eine Flexible Tagesklinik ihren Betrieb aufnehmen. Diese ist bereits übergangsweise in einem anderen Gebäude auf dem Gelände in Betrieb gegangen und zieht nach der Fertigstellung des Gebäudes um. Da in dem Bestandgebäude kein Aufzug vorhanden muss im Zuge der Maßnahme ein außenliegender verglaster Aufzugsturm mit integriertem Aufzug errichtet werden.
