Description

Die Maßnahme "P_0916-2025 - KHD H8 - Ausbau Dachgeschoss" beinhaltet den Umbau und die Sanierung des gesamten Dachgeschosses von Haus 8 zu Verwaltungsbereichen. Das Satteldach hat seine Lebensdauer überschritten und muss dringend saniert werden. Diese Dachsanierung soll genutzt werden, um die derzeit größtenteils leerstehenden Räumlichkeiten in eine dauerhafte Nutzung zu überführen. Neben der Anbindung der beiden Treppenhäuser soll für die Barrierefreiheit ein Aufzug entstehen, die Innenräume sollen durch Anpassung des Kniestocks/Drempels sowie durch zusammenhängende Gauben besser nutzbar gemacht werden. Zu den Allgemeinen Themen der Planung und Ausführung wie Barrierefreiheit, winterlicher und sommerlicher Wärmeschutz, Brandschutz, etc. sollen auch die verwaltungsspezifischen Themen bearbeitet werden.
