Description

Gegenstand der Leistungen der IPA ist der Neubau des Zentrallabors inklusive der Validierung, Planung, Errichtung und erfolgreichen Inbetriebnahme. Die IPA trägt die Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung und Ausführung bis zur erfolgreichen Fertigstellung, einschließlich der Gewährleistung sowie aller erforderlichen Projektmanagement-Leistungen. Der Auftragnehmer übernimmt die Etablierung und operative Umsetzung projektspezifischer Methoden und Prozesse mit einem besonderen Schwerpunkt auf den Prinzipien des Lean Managements. Dies umfasst insbesondere die Anwendung und Implementierung von Lean Construction, Target Value Design (TVD) sowie des Last-Planner-Systems(R) (LPS). Darüber hinaus ist der strukturierte Aufbau der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation zur Steuerung und Koordination der Projektbeteiligten zu realisieren. Ein zentrales Ziel besteht in der Befähigung des Projektteams, die oben genannten Lean-Methoden eigenständig, wirksam und projektgerecht anzuwenden.
