Immelmann-Kaserne, Flugplatz, 29225 Celle - Erneuerung zentrale Wärmeversorgung / Pelletkessel Planungsleistungen gem. § 55 HOAI (Anlagengruppen 2, 4, 5, 8) Leistungsphasen (LPH) 2 bis 3 und 5, 6 und 8 Stufenbeauftragung: zunächst Leistungsstufe 1 (LPH 2-3) optionale Beauftragung der weiteren Leistungsstufen 2-4 (LPH 5, 6, 8) Eine genaue Aufgabenbeschreibung ist den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt. Immelmann-Kaserne, Flugplatz, 29225 Celle - Erneuerung zentrale Wärmeversorgung / Pelletkessel Die Wärmeversorgung der Immelmann-Kaserne in Celle ist zu erneuern. Der vorhandene Pelletkessel mit 720 kW ist defekt und außer Betrieb, das BHKW mit 360 kW ist erdgasbetrieben und zählt daher nicht zu den erneuerbaren Energien. Darüber hinaus gibt es aktuell Gaskessel mit einer Leistung von ca. 5,5 kW. Zur Errichtung neuer Gebäude muss ein Anteil an erneuerbaren Energien von 65 % vorliegen, er liegt bei 0%. Daher ist die Wärmeversorgung unter Zugrundelegung des GEG zu erneuern. Eine genaue Aufgabenbeschreibung ist den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügt.
