Verhandlungsverfahren mit Teilnahmewettbewerb und Lösungsvorschlägen zur Vergabe von Planungsleitungen der Objektplanung sowie der Freianlagenplanung. Die Georg-Elser Schule in Königsbronn ist eine Verbundschule und besteht aus den Schulformen Grundschule und Realschule. Die Gebäude der Georg-Elser-Schule bilden ein vielseitiges Schulzentrum im Herzen von Königsbronn. Die Schule vereint mehrere Gebäudeteile, die unterschiedliche Schularten und Fachbereiche beherbergen. Die Sekundarstufe sowie die Verwaltung sind im Gebäudekomplex in der Springenstraße 19 untergebracht. Die Gebäude der Grundschule befinden sich in der Paul-Reusch-Straße 6. In den vergangenen 20 Jahren wurden immer wieder Renovierungsmaßnahmen durchgeführt, wie z.B. Erneuerungen des Daches, sowie der Austausch von Fenstern. Die Georg-Elser-Schule bietet seinen Schülern ein angenehmes Lernumfeld. Das Angebot der Ganztagsbetreuung soll nun erweitert werden, um den sich verändernden Ansprüchen an eine moderne Schule gerecht zu werden. Ziel der Maßnahme ist es, die Georg-Elser Schule als eine moderne, zeitgemäße und bedarfsgerechte Schule mit einem attraktiven Umfeld und Angebot für die Schüler*Innen zu erhalten und durch den Ausbau bedarfsgerechter Räumlichkeiten weiterzuentwickeln. Dafür ist ein Teilrückbau mit anschließendem Ersatzneubau des Nord-Ostflügels vorgesehen. Im Zuge der Baumaßnahme sollen außerdem zusätzlich Räume für die Jugend-Feuerwehr entstehen. Darüber hinaus sollen die Freianlagen neugestaltet werden. Mit der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sollen kreative und wirtschaftliche Lösungsansätze für eine bestmögliche Umsetzung dieses Ziels gefunden werden. Vergabe von Planungsleistungen der Objektplanung, Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume gemäß HOAI §34 sowie Leistungsbild Freianlagen gemäß HOAI §39, Grundleistungen in den Leistungsphasen 1-9 sowie ausgewählte besondere Leistungen
