Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Dortmund is procuring planning services for the outdoor facilities of the Gerhart-Hauptmann primary school in the Schueren area of Aplerbeck. The existing two-form-entry school with 198 pupils is fully occupied, and the cellar rooms used by the all-day school programme no longer meet requirements. A new three-form-entry primary school will be built on the land west of the existing school, together with two single-court sports halls arranged one above the other and connected by a bridge at first-floor level. The new buildings will be mainly solid construction, three storeys without a basement, with the playground and its protected plane trees retained. The design will follow the Dortmund real estate standards (DIS), and the sports halls will also serve local sports clubs.
