Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind Leistungen der Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 und 8 (Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, Lufttechnische Anlagen, Aufzugsanlagen, FTS, Rohrpostanlagen, Medizinische Gase sowie Gebäudeautomation nach § 55 HOAI 2021 i.V.m. Anlage 15, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9, für den Neubau Regionalversorger der Kliniken Ostalb am Standort Essingen. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Ausschreibung sind Leistungen der Fachplanung Techni-sche Ausrüstung der Anlagengruppen 1, 2, 3, 6, 7 und 8 (Abwasser-, Wasser-, Gasanlagen, Wärmeversorgungsanlagen, Lufttechnische Anlagen, Aufzugsanlagen, FTS, Rohr-postanlagen, Medizinische Gase sowie Gebäudeautomation nach § 55 HOAI 2021 i.V.m. Anlage 15, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9, für den Neubau Regionalversorger der Kliniken Os-talb am Standort Essingen. Die Fachplanungsleistungen Technische Ausrüstung werden stufenweise beauftragt, insbesondere soweit erwartete Fördermittel für die jeweilige Stufe bewilligt werden, so-weit die Finanzierung gesichert ist und soweit keine schwerwiegenden Gründe gegen ei-ne Weiterbeauftragung vorliegen. Hierbei handelt es sich um solche Gründe, die im Falle einer bereits erfolgten Beauftragung den Auftraggeber zu einer außerordentlichen Kündigung berechtigen würden. Die Leistungen werden durch einseitigen Abruf beauftragt, und zwar entweder vollständig oder beschränkt auf bestimmte Leistungsphasen (stufenweise Beauftragung). Der Auftragnehmer hat keinen Rechtsanspruch auf die Beauftragung einzelner oder gar aller Stufen.
