Description

Die Stadt Bocholt beabsichtigt auf der östlich gelegenen Freifläche des jetzigen Standortes des Euregio Gymnasiums "Unter den Eichen" den Bau eines neuen Gymnasiums. Insgesamt soll aus den Bestandsgebäuden Hauptschule und Sporthalle gemeinsam mit den Neubauten Gymnasium und Mensa ein Gesamtensemble mit einer Campusstruktur entstehen. Die Neubauten sollen sich außerdem als Funktionsgebäude in den städtebaulichen Kontext des jeweiligen Grundstücks einfügen und den architektonischen Ansprüchen an ein Schulgebäude Rechnung tragen. Im Vorfeld der bautechnischen Realisierung des neuen Euregio Gymnasiums (Baubeginn ca. 2.Quartal 2027) ist die Baufeldfreimachung/der Teilrückbau einiger Gebäude des Bestandes notwendig. Planungsleistungen Die abgefragten Leistungen entsprechen dem Leistungsbild der AHO Schriftenreihe Heft Nr. 18 Planungsbereich Baufeldfreimachung/Rückbau, Stand Oktober 2014 mit den folgenden Leistungsstufen: - Grundlagenermittlung und Vorplanung - Entwurfs- und Genehmigungsplanung - Ausführungsvorbereitung - Überwachung (gutachterliche Begleitung) und Dokumentation
