Der Auftraggeber beabsichtigt das Leistungsbild Objektplanung Freianlagen Lph 1-9 gem. § 39 HOAI, für den Neubau der Freiflächen der bestehenden Grundschule mit Einfach- bzw. Zweifachhalle am Dom-Pedro-Platz 2 in München zu beauftragen. Die denkmalgeschützte Grundschule wird generalinstandgesetzt und zu einer 4-zügigen Grundschule mit Ganztagsbetreuung erweitert. Bei der Maßnahme werden für den Schulbetrieb notwendige Erschließung- und Infrastrukturflächen (z.B. Anlieferzone) sowie Aufenthalts-, Sport- und Pausenbereiche (wie Grünes Klassenzimmer, Verkehrparcours, Sitz- und Sportausstattungen), 1 Allwetterplatz 22mx28m, 1 Laufbahn 4x1,22mx65m, 1 Rasenspielfeld 40mx60m erstellt. Eine schulische Nutzung der Dachfläche, beispielsweise als Pausenfläche oder Grünes Klassenzimmer, wurde durch das Denkmalamt ausgeschlossen. Stattdessen ist das Dach entweder für die Installation einer PV-Anlage oder als Biodiversitätsdach vorgesehen. Die Anzahl der PKW-Stellplätze wird noch nach Stellplatzschlüssel und dem Bedarf geklärt.
