Description

Die Stadt Vaihingen an der Enz plant ein neues Gewerbegebiet „Wolfsberg IV“. Für die Erschließung des Gebiets werden Planungsleistungen für die Wasserversorgung, Entwässerung (Trennkanalisation, Zisterne mit gepufferter oberirdischer Ableitung des Regenwassers in die Enz) sowie die Verkehrsanlagen benötigt, die im Ergebnis auch in den noch aufzustellenden Bebauungsplan einfließen. Bei den abzuleitenden Regenwassern wird davon ausgegangen, dass diese, voraussichtlich gepuffert, südlich jenseits der B10 in die Enz einzuleiten sein werden. Ein Anschluss an ein örtliches Fernwärmenetz ist aktuell nicht geplant. Die voraussichtlichen Kosten betragen: - ca. 1,4 Mio. € netto für die Verkehrsanlagen, - ca. 160.000 € netto für die Wasserversorgung, - ca. 1,4 Mio. € netto für Entwässerung. Mit der Bearbeitung soll direkt nach der Beauftragung (voraussichtlich 1. Quartal 2026) begonnen werden, Ziel ist eine möglichst schnelle Fertigstellung. Planung Ingenieurbauwerke gemäß § 43 HOAI, Planung Verkehrsanlagen gemäß § 47 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1 - 9 + besondere Leistungen (u. a. örtliche Bauüberwachung, Prüfung der Nachträge und Überwachen der Mängelbeseitigung innerhalb der Verjährungsfrist)
