Leistungsbild Beweissicherung inkl. Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation während der Abbruch- sowie der Neubaumaßnahme für die umliegenden Gebäude und baulichen Anlagen ______________________________________________________________________________________________ Auf dem Gelände des UKSH Kiel sind Gebäude abzubrechen, um Neubauten zu errichten: Die Verwaltung und die Akademie (inkl. Parkplätze) des UKSH. Der Abbruch findet in einem besonders sensiblen Umfeld statt. Neben den Klinikgebäuden sind insbesondere zwei denkmalgeschützte Nachbargebäude (Zoologisches Museum, Medizinhistorisches Museum / Gropius-Bauten) zu beachten. Beim Abbruch kommen erschütterungsarme Verfahren zum Einsatz. Umfangreiche Schutzmaßnahmen zugunsten der Nachbargebäude und zugunsten des öffentlichen Raumes sind berücksichtigt. Als weiters besonders schutzwürdiges Objekt existiert das Gebäude „ZMK Zahn- Mund und Kieferklinik“ in dem die Ausbildung und Prüfung von Zahnmedizinstudierenden durchgeführt wird. Nach dem Abbruch folgt der Neubau. Dieser erfordert umfangreiche Eingriffe in den Baugrund um die neuen Baukörper realisieren zu können. Die Beweissicherung hat als Ziel: Schädigungen durch die Baumaßnahmen sollen eindeutig identifiziert werden können. Im Falle eines vermuteten Schadens: Schaffen einer Grundlage, die es ermöglicht, berechtigte Ansprüche Geschädigter zu klären bzw. unberechtigte Ansprüche abzuwehren. Schaffen einer Grundlage für monetäre Interessensausgleiche, sofern benötigt. In der Maßnahme sind der Denkmalschutz und das Erschütterungsmonitoring zentrale Bestandteile. +++++ geplante Termine: Der Abbruch beginnt voraussichtlich im August 2026 und endet voraussichtlich im Februar 2028. +++++ Der Neubau beginnt mit der Errichtung der Baugrube von März 2028 bis August 2028. Es folgt der Hochbau von September 2028 bis Juni 2031. +++++ Beauftragung erfolgt stufenweise, Erstbeauftragung: Stufe 1: Leistungen der Beweissicherung für die Abbruchmaßnahme
