Description

Das Justizzentrum Köln wurde in der Zeit von ca. 1975 bis 1981 errichtet. Das Gebäude unterteilt sich in Hochhaus (3 Gebäuderiegel) und Saalbau. Es gliedert sich in zwei Untergeschosse und 26 Etagen (Hochhaus) bzw. 5 Etagen (Saalbau). Die Bestands-Thermostatventile im Saalbau des Justizzentrums Köln (ca. 250 Stück) sind in weiten Teilen defekt und lassen sich nicht mehr regeln. Das Alter der Bestandsanlage beträgt ca. 40 Jahre. Im Saalbau (Etagen EG bis 2.OG) sollen neue Heizkörperthermostatventile mit absperrbaren Heizkörper-Rücklaufverschraubungen mit Entleerungsmöglichkeit und Entlüftungsmöglichkeiten eingebaut werden. Weiterhin soll ein hydraulischer Abgleich der gesamten Heizungsanlage inkl. aller Heizkörper erfolgen. Im Gebäude sind bauzeitbedingt schadstoffhaltige Bauteile vorhanden (z.B. Asbest in Putz- und Spachtelmassen). Es liegt ein Schadstoffkataster vor. Angefragt werden Leistungen zu Wärmeversorgungsanlagen (KG420), LPH 1-3,5-9, HOAI 2021 für den Bereich Saalbau des Justizzentrums Köln. Leistungen der technischen Ausrüstung, Anlagengruppe 2, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 und 5 bis 9.
