Für das Hauptgebäude der Hochschule Bielefeld (HSBI) können aufgrund gesetzlicher Vorgaben keine neuen Ersatzleuchtmittel mehr beschafft werden. Aktuell bedient sich die HSBI eines Leuchtenvorrats der stetig kleiner wird und nicht mehr aufgefüllt werden kann. Somit ist es notwendig das gesamte Hauptgebäude mit neuen Leuchtmitteln auszustatten um den Betrieb des Gebäudes für die Zukunft sicherzustellen. Fachplanung Technische Ausrüstung nach § 55 HOAI Anlagengruppe 4 - Elektro-LPH1-3, 5-8 Dazu zählt die Bestandsaufnahme und Bewertung der Beleuchtungsanlagen hinsichtlich relevanter Beleuchtungskenngrößen und Weiterverwendung der Leuchtengehäuse. Ebenso muss die Elektroinfrastruktur (Leitungen, Schaltpläne, Unterverteilungen, Notbeleuchtung) erfasst werden. Bestandspläne sind bei Änderungen anzupassen. Die Beleuchtung soll soweit möglich der aktuellen Beleuchtung in jeglichen Beleuchtungskenngrößen entsprechen. besondere Leistungen: LP 3: Lichtsimulation LP 8: Fortschreiben der Ausführungspläne (zum Beispiel Grundrisse, Schnitte, Ansichten) bis zum Bestand
