Description

Baubegleitende Qualitätssicherung der Kostengruppen 440-470 (ELT) in der LPH 8 Der BLB NRW (NL Köln) beabsichtigt für die Bauausführung LPH 8 eine baubegleitende Qualitätssicherung über sämtliche Gewerke zu beauftragen. Zu fest definierten Phasen im Bauablauf wird durch diese ausgeführte Leistung gewerkeweise kontrolliert und der Baufortschritt in einem Protokoll bzw. Begehungsbericht dokumentiert. In komplexen Großbauprojekten leidet aus verschiedenen Gründen häufig die Qualität der Bauausführung. Erschwerend hinzu kommt die projektspezifische Komplexität im Bauablauf durch die Schnittstellen zum Infrastrukturprojekt. Aufgrund der engen terminlichen Verzahnung mit den Folgeprojekten des 2. BA (Geb. C+D) sind terminliche Störungen unbedingt zu minimieren. Um diesem Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätsrisiko entgegenzuwirken soll eine dedizierte Qualitätssicherung dafür sorgen, baubegleitend und präventiv die Bauablaufprozesse in Ihrer Umsetzung zu prüfen und auf etwaige Mängel zu kontrollieren.
