Description

Austausch der Aufzugsnotrufanlagen | Fachplanung Elektrotechnik Die Aufzugs-Notrufanlage ist abgängig und muss dringend, dem Stand der Technik entsprechend, erneuert werden. Aufgrund des fragilen Zustandes der Notrufleitstände konnte die vorgeschriebene DGUV-V3-Prüfung nicht in vollem Umfang durchgeführt werden. Im Rahmen einer wiederkehrenden Sachverständigenprüfung ist bei allen geprüften Aufzugsanlagen die fehlende Dokumentation der Cybersicherheit nach TRBS 1115 Teil1 bemängelt worden. Dieser Zustand ist bis zur nächsten Hauptprüfung abzustellen. Berücksichtigt werden soll die Gefährdungsbeurteilung Cybersicherheit BLB Fassung 02-02-2024. Darüber hinaus besteht weiterhin die Gefahr eines Totalausfalls aller Aufzugsanlagen und dies ohne die Möglichkeit, dieselben wieder in Betrieb zu nehmen. Die Leistungen dieses Leistungsverzeichnisses umfassen im Wesentlichen: Erneuerung des kompletten Aufzug-Notrufsystems ohne Demontage der Bestandskabel zwischen Zentrale und Aufzugsnotrufsystem NRA als Kabelgebunden und nicht über Handy 200 Bestandsaufzüge und 100 zusätzliche Aufzüge (Ausbaureserve) neue Notrufzentralen und Umrüstung der vorhandenen Aufzüge 2 Stück Intercom server 2 Stück USV 2 Stück Leitstandsprechstellen 2 Leitstandsprechstellen, Wendlingweg und Rogowski
