Summary

Machine-generated summary

Planning services for building design in accordance with Part 3 of HOAI 2021 for the ATG site at Jungfernstieg in Hamburg. The works involve installing charging columns at the ship berths on the Jungfernstieg to supply vessels with shore power. A transformer station is required to convert grid electricity for feeding into the ships' network. Due to heritage protection, the transformer cannot be placed above ground on the Jungfernstieg, so rooms in the Jungfernstiegpassage, formerly a standby generator room and oil tank room near counter hall B, were selected. Work includes demolishing non load bearing walls, building a new room for the medium voltage switchgear with a raised floor, and enlarging a door opening. Services are awarded in four stages covering service phases 1 to 9, with stage 1 (phases 1 to 3) awarded at contract conclusion.
