Description

Die städtische dreigruppige Kita Ritterstraße wird aktuell durch Errichtung eines Neubaus auf dem Nachbargrundstück (Ritterstrasse 142) um 2 Gruppen erweitert. Nach Fertigstellung dieses Neubaus ist vorgesehen, das Bestandgebäude frei zu ziehen und an den Bedarf für Kinder unter 3 Jahren anzupassen, sowie zu modernisieren. Für den Umbau und die Modernisierung des Bestandsgebäudes werden die gegenständli-chen Planungsleistungsleitungen der Objektplanung und der Fachplanung TGA ausgeschrieben. Im Rahmen dieses VgV-Verfahrens soll der Generalplaner mit folgenden Planungsleistungen beauftragt werden: - Objektplanung, Leistungsbild Gebäude und Innenräume sowie Küchenplanung gemäß § 34 Abs. 4 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 10 Nummer 10.1 HOAI - Fachplanung, Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung - unterteilt in Anlagengruppen 1-5, 7 und 8, § 55 Abs. 3 HOAI i.V.m. Anlage 15 Nummer 15.1 HOAI
