Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen Lph. 1 bis 6 gemäß § 47 HOAI Objektplanung Ingenieurbauwerke Brücken Lph. 2+3+6 gemäß § 43 HOAI Tragwerksplanung Brücken Lph. 2+3+6 gemäß § 51 HOAI Umweltfachlicher Beitrag analog zu § 26 sowie Anlage 9 HOAI Die DEGES GmbH als Auftraggeber beabsichtigt, das Teilstück der A 30 zwischen dem AK Lotte/Osnabrück und der AS Rheine-Nord zu sanieren. Die Maßnahme steht in Verbindung mit dem sechsstreifigen Ausbau der A1 zwischen der AS Münster-Nord und dem AK Lotte/Osnabrück, der als separates Projekt ausgeführt wird. Die Vertragsstrecke der A30 umfasst den gesamten westlichen Teil der Autobahn in Nordrhein-Westfalen von der Landesgrenze bei Rheine bis zur Landesgrenze bei Lotte. Daraus ergibt sich eine Streckenlänge von insgesamt ca. 39,1 km. Innerhalb der Vertragsstrecke liegen insgesamt 55 Brückenbauwerke (davon 2 Großbrücken), mehrere Lärmschutzanlagen (Lärmschutzwände und -wälle), ein Autobahnkreuz, 9 Anschlussstellen (AS) und eine Tank- und Rastanlage. Vorhabenträger der Maßnahme ist die Bundesrepublik Deutschland vertreten durch die Autobahn GmbH vertreten durch die DEGES GmbH. Derzeit werden die Abschnitt 3 und 7 gebaut. Auf Grund der Größe des Projektes sowie der terminlichen Vorgaben wird das Projekt in 8 Abschnitte unterteilt. Teil dieser Ausschreibung ist der RE-Erhaltungsentwurf für die Verkehrsanlagenplanung der Abschnitte 1,2 und 8 Ziel ist die Erstellung einer einheitlichen durchgehenden Planung für diese Abschnitte der A30. Im den Abschnitten 1,2 und 8befinden sich 20 Brückenbauwerke, wovon 10 neugebaut werden müssen.
