Machine-generated summary

Land Hessen, represented by Landesbetrieb Bau und Immobilien Hessen, Zentrale Vergabe, awarded a contract for building planning and open space planning services for the Psychiatric Campus of Frankfurt University Hospital. The services covered object planning for buildings (service phases 2 to 8 under § 34 HOAI 2021) and for open spaces (service phases 2 to 8 under § 39 HOAI 2021). The award procedure followed a non-open interdisciplinary realisation competition under RPW 2013. The first construction phase comprises around 6,000 m² of usable floor area. CODE UNIQUE Architekten GmbH won the contract for EUR 5,364,021.41, which is 14% above the estimated value of EUR 4,686,588.02.
