Description

Das UKJ hat das Ziel, die bei ihr im Einsatz befindlichen SAP-Produkte technologisch auf einen aktuellen und zukunftssicheren Stand zu bringen. Daher wurde beschlossen, die SAP-Systemlandschaft im Rahmen eines umfangreichen Transformationsprogramms zu modernisieren. Das Ziel ist die Implementierung eines zukunftssicheren, standardnahen und erweiterbaren S/4HANA-Systems, das sowohl die bestehenden Geschäftsprozesse abbildet als auch die Grundlage für Innovationen und künftige Erweiterungen schafft. Dabei soll sich die bisherige Funktionalität und Qualität des vorhandenen Systems nicht verschlechtern. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Aufgabe der Prozess- und Technologietransformation. Er wird die SAP S/4HANA Transformation von der Konzeptionierung von Prozessen & Technologien, über die Implementierung und Test-Unterstützung bis hin zur Migration durchführen. Die Leistungen des Implementierungspartners umfassen: Projektmanagementleistungen Konzeption Implementierung Tests / Produktivvorbereitung und Migration Produktivsetzung der SAP S/4HANA Landschaft Change Management, Dokumentation und Schulung
