Einführung Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM) auf Basis des PRODAS-Frameworks inkl. Implementierungsplattform LUY Die LUY-Plattform wird als SaaS-Cloud-Lösung bereitgestellt. Das Universitätsklinikum Jena (UKJ) steht vor einer der bedeutendsten digitalen Transformationen seiner jüngeren Geschichte: der Migration des klinischen Informationssystems (KIS) weg von den Bestandssystemen SAP IS-H und Oracle Cerner i.s.h.med. Diese Migration erfordert ein vollständiges Bild der aktuellen Prozess-, Daten- und Systemarchitektur als unverzichtbare Entscheidungs- und Steuerungsgrundlage. Ohne eine valide Enterprise Architecture (EA) ist eine strukturierte KIS-Ausschreibung, ein tragfähiger Schnittstellenplan und eine risikoarme Migrationsstrategie nicht möglich. Das UKJ verfügt derzeit über keinen etablierten EAM-Reifegrad (Reifegrad 0). Der Aufbau eines belastbaren EAM ist daher keine Option, sondern eine operative Notwendigkeit. Darüber hinaus erfordern aktuelle regulatorische und technische Anforderungen - insbesondere ISiK-Konformität (Informationstechnische Systeme im Krankenhaus) sowie FHIR-basierte Interoperabilität - eine systematisch dokumentierte IT-Architektur. EAM ist zudem Voraussetzung für den Aufbau einer zukunftsfähigen KI-Dateninfrastruktur am UKJ. Gegenstand der beabsichtigten Beauftragung ist die Einführung eines Enterprise Architecture Managements am UKJ auf Basis des PRODAS-Frameworks (Prozess-, Daten- und Systemarchitektur) und dessen Implementierung in der technischen EAM-Plattform LUY.
