Description

Beschaffung eines automatisierten Pipettierrobotik-Systems für die Integrierte Biobank Jena des Universitätsklinikums Jena zur standardisierten Probenverarbeitung, Zellisolierung und Aliquotierung humaner Flüssigproben im akkreditierten Umfeld. Zum Beschaffungsgegenstand gehören neben Hard- und Software auch die Integration der erforderlichen Schnittstellen sowie Leistungen zur Methodenentwicklung für die automatisierte Isolierung und Verarbeitung definierter Zellpopulationen. Das Vorhaben wird aus Mitteln der Europäischen Union im Rahmen des Europäischen Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (EFRE-Programm 2021-2027 Thüringen) sowie aus Landesmitteln finanziert. Gegenstand der Beschaffung ist die Lieferung, Installation und Inbetriebnahme eines modularen, automatisierten Pipettierrobotik-Systems einschließlich der erforderlichen Hard- und Software zur standardisierten Verarbeitung humaner Flüssigproben für die Integrierte Biobank Jena. Das System soll insbesondere die automatisierte Isolierung viabler Zellen, die Separation definierter Einzelzellpopulationen, die Zellzählung, Normalisierung und Aliquotierung in 2D-barcodierte Zielröhrchen ermöglichen. Zum Leistungsumfang gehören ferner die Bereitstellung und Integration der erforderlichen Systemkomponenten, die bidirektionale Anbindung an Swisslab/Nexus und CentraXX sowie Leistungen zur Entwicklung, Implementierung und Validierung von Methoden und Protokollen für das Modul zur Isolierung von Einzelzell-Suspensionen einschließlich des hierfür erforderlichen Entwicklerstundenkontingents und Reagenzienbudgets. Ebenfalls umfasst sind Schulung, Dokumentation, Inbetriebnahme, Abnahme sowie Service- und Wartungsleistungen entsprechend den Vergabeunterlagen.
