Description

Gegenstand der Leistung ist die Implementierung eines Produktionsplanungstools für eine kapazitätsorientierte Planung und Steuerung. Die Nutzung der Software, inkl. Wartung und Support, soll insgesamt vier Jahre betragen. Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Beauftragung eines qualifizierten Anbieters zur Implementierung eines Advanced Planning and Scheduling-Systems (APS), das mit einer finiten Ressourcenplanung eine sehr feine Einplanung aller benötigten Ressourcen ermöglicht. Oberstes Ziel der Implementierung des Planungstools ist es, durch optimale Ausplanung aller Ressourcen, verknüpft mit den Rückmeldungen der operativen Einheiten in SAP S/4HANA nahezu in Echtzeit, eine maximal realistische und umsetzbare Planung zu erzeugen. Durch die Abbildung aller Waffensysteme und Geräte im Planungstool und einer Simulationsmöglichkeit soll die Geräte-Verfügbarkeit mit den geplanten Maßnahmen auch in die Zukunft gerichtet simuliert und visualisiert werden können. Der Fokus liegt auf der Konzeptionierung, Implementierung, dem Customizing, der Lizenzbereitstellung, dem Support sowie der Schulung und Qualifizierung der Anwender und Administratoren. Die Systembereitstellung und der Betrieb der Server erfolgen durch den bestehenden IT-Dienstleister Systembetrieb des AG.
