Die DEW21 verfolgt künftig einen datenplattformzentrierten Ansatz, bei dem eine zentrale, skalierbare und hochflexible Planungsplattform das Herzstück aller Planungs-, Prognose- und Reporting-prozesse bildet. Integrierte Fachmodule (Controlling, Liquidität, Netz, Vertrieb, usw.) werden dieser Datenplattform untergeordnet und über standardisierte, bidirektionale Schnittstellen angebunden. Ziel der Beschaffung ist sowohl die Ablösung des bestehenden BI-Systems als auch bisher autark betriebene Insellösungen mit der Gesamtplanung optimaler zu verbinden. Die Planungs- und Prognoseplattform fungiert hierbei als verbindendes Element um sämtliche Planungs-, Prognose- und Reportingmodule konsistent zu unterstützen. Die Planungs- und Prognoseplattform soll insbesondere folgende Funktionen erfüllen: - Zentrale Speicherung, Harmonisierung und Provisionierung aller relevanten Daten (Plan, Ist, Prognose) - Bidirektionale Anbindung an moderne Cloud-Datenplattformen wie Snowflake - Flexible Integration von Modulen (Controlling, Liquidität, Netz, Vertrieb, ...). - Sicherstellung einer einheitlichen Datenlogik und Governance. Erwartet wird darüber hinaus, dass vorkonfigurierte Best-Practice-Module als Startpunkt im Rahmen der Implementierung eingebracht werden und diese gemeinsam mit DEW21 zielgerichtet anpasst werden können. Der Schwerpunkt liegt dabei nicht allein auf dem Standardprodukt, sondern auf der qualitätsgesicherten Modellierung, der Integration (ETL/Schnittstellen) sowie der Befähigung von Power Usern zur eigenständigen Weiterentwicklung sowie Administrierung des Systems.
