Description

Beauftragt wird die Bereitstellung der Beleuchtungstechnik inkl. Personal für ca. 10 Konzerte jährlich in der Liederhalle in Stuttgart. Die Veranstaltungsreihe beginnt im Herbst und endet im Juli des Folgejahres. Folgende Leistungen sind Auftragsgegenstand: 1. Personalgestellung inklusive Fachverantwortung, auch außerhalb der Regelarbeitszeit 2. Materialgestellung entsprechend der Kalkulation einschließlich Sparematerial 3. Aufbau, Einleuchten, Abbau und Betreuung 4. Projektvorabsprachen und Koordination mit SWR- Projektbeauftragten 5. Materiallogistik, sowie Leerguteinlagerung Die inhaltliche Konzeption der Konzerte, die Steuerung und Verantwortung vor Ort sind nicht Leistungsinhalt.
