Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit externen Beraterinnen/ Beratern für die inhaltliche Planung und Durchführung von spezifischen Teamworkshops für die BG Verkehr. Gegenstand dieses Vergabeverfahrens ist der Abschluss einer Rahmenvereinbarung mit externen Beraterinnen/ Beratern für die inhaltliche Planung und Durchführung von spezifischen Teamworkshops. Teamworkshops dienen zum einen der Stärkung des Teams, der Leistungsfähigkeit und der verbesserten Bindung von Mitarbeitenden (Empowerment) und zum anderen der Teamberatung bei Konflikten, zu strategischen Themen sowie bei Veränderungsprozessen (spezifisch). Der Bereich HR Development bietet dazu flankierende Beratung sowie bei Bedarf dienstleistende Unterstützung an. Es soll eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit bis zu 10 Auftragnehmenden geschlossen werden. Das nach § 21 Abs. 1 S. 2 VgV in Aussicht genommene Auftragsvolumen während der Laufzeit dieser Rahmenvereinbarung beläuft sich auf maximal 75 spezifische Teamworkshops, mit jeweils bis zu 2 Beratungstagen á bis zu 8 Zeitstunden.
