Der Tragwerksplaner entwickelt ein wirtschaftliches, dauerhaftes und materialsparendes Tragwerk unter Berücksichtigung der gewünschten monolithischen und natürlichen Bau-weise.Die Planung umfasst die Erstellung eines Tragwerkskonzeptes, die Abstimmung aller verti-kalen und horizontalen Lasten sowie die Bemessung sämtlicher Bauteile einschließlich Tiefgarage, Werkstattgrube, Bürogeschosse und extensiv begrünter PV-Dächer.Die Tragwerksplanung berücksichtigt sämtliche Erfordernisse der technischen Gebäude-ausrüstung (Schächte, Durchdringungen, Medienführungen) und stellt die prüffähige Erstel-lung aller statischen Berechnungen sicher. Die Anforderungen der Immissionsschutzanlage (Tankbereich) und der schweren Fahrzeuglasten sind einzubeziehen.
