Die Gemeinde Klein Upahl plant den Ersatzneubau des bestehenden Dorfgemeinschaftshauses mit integrierter Feuerwehrgerätehalle am Standort Dorfstraße 20 in 18276 Klein Upahl. Der Neubau soll ein barrierefreies und multifunktional nutzbares Dorfgemeinschaftshaus mit Mehrzweck-, Versammlungs-, Büro- und Nebenräumen sowie eine Feuerwehrgerätehalle mit zwei Fahrzeugstellplätzen und den erforderlichen Funktionsbereichen umfassen. Bei der Planung sind insbesondere die Anforderungen an den Feuerwehrbetrieb, die Barrierefreiheit sowie eine energieeffiziente und nachhaltige Bauweise zu berücksichtigen. Gegenstand der Vergabe sind Leistungen der des Leistungsbild Tragwerksplanung gemäß § 51 HOAI, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6, für den Ersatzneubau des Dorfgemeinschaftshauses mit integrierter Feuerwehrgerätehalle in Klein Upahl. Der Neubau umfasst ein multifunktional nutzbares und barrierefreies Dorfgemeinschaftshaus sowie eine Feuerwehrgerätehalle mit zwei Fahrzeugstellplätzen und den erforderlichen Funktions- und Nebenräumen. Die Planung und Umsetzung erfolgen unter Berücksichtigung der Anforderungen an den Feuerwehrbetrieb, die Barrierefreiheit sowie eine energieeffiziente und nachhaltige Bauweise.
