Description

Der Landesbetrieb Wald und Holz Nordrhein-Westfalen beabsichtigt, im Zuge des vorliegenden Vergabeverfahrens, mit mehreren Anbietern eine Rahmenvereinbarung über die Durchführung von jährlich ca. 1.150 fm motormanueller Holzernte (MMHE), ca. 2.900 fm Holzbringungsarbeiten (HB) sowie ca. 21.200 fm hoch- und teilmechanisierter Holzernte inkl. Holzbringung (HMHE) in den Forstbetriebsbezirken (FBB) Dinslaken, Dämmerwald, Leucht, Asperden, Kranenburg, Materborn, Hochwald, Schwalm-Nette und Diersfordt des Regionalforstamtes Niederrhein abzuschließen. Abgeschlossen wird eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit einem Unternehmerpool. Alle geeigneten Angebote, die form- und fristgerecht über den Vergabemarktplatz NRW abgegeben werden, sollen für das jeweils bebotene Los Teil der Rahmenvereinbarung werden. Es wird eine Platzierungsliste (Abrufprotokoll) erstellt. Der Bieter mit dem günstigsten Angebot gelangt an Platz 1 der Platzierungsliste des jeweils durch ihn bebotenen Loses. Die nachfolgende Listung ("Ranking") je Los ergibt sich ebenfalls anhand der Preise. Die Bieter werden somit unabhängig von der Platzierung ihres Angebotes mit der Aufnahme in den Rahmenvertrag jedenfalls potentielle Auftragnehmer der Einzelabrufe. Über die losbezogene Garantiemenge je Vertragsjahr beinhaltet die Rahmenvereinbarung eine Optionsmenge je Los je Vertragsjahr. Der Auftragnehmer hat einen Anspruch auf die Erfüllung der Garantiemenge. Detaillierte Angaben zur Leistungserbringung sind den jeweiligen Leistungsverzeichnissen (Anlagen) zu entnehmen. Zur Veranschaulichung ist der Leistungsbeschreibung ebenfalls eine Übersichtskarte (Anlage 1) beigefügt. Es wird auf die AGB Forst NRW verwiesen.
