Rahmenvertrag Gesundheitsgutscheine auf Grundlage eines Sachbezuges Der Erhalt der Leistungsfähigkeit der Beschäftigten steht auch beim OOWV, gerade in Zeiten von längeren Lebensarbeitszeiten und wachsenden Anforderungen im Arbeits- und Privatleben immer stärker im Vordergrund. Aus diesem Grund möchte der OOWV seinen Beschäftigten im Rahmen des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagement (BGM) durch den Abschluss eines neuen Rahmenvertrages weiterhin Gesundheitsgutscheine auf Grundlage eines Sachbezuges zur Verfügung stellen. Durch Gesundheitsgutscheine möchte der OOWV seinen Beschäftigten auch zukünftig eine Möglichkeit der Gesundheitsförderung in Form von Verhaltens- und Verhältnisprävention anbieten. Das Guthaben/die Gutscheine sind als Sachbezugstarif (§8Abs.2 Satz 11 EstG) und als Präventionstarif (§3 Nr.34 EstG i. V. m §20 u. 20a SGB5) möglich anzuwenden. Die Gesundheit, Leistungsfähigkeit und Zufriedenheit der Beschäftigten soll ebenso gefördert werden wie die Mitarbeiterbindung und die Arbeitgeberattraktivität des OOWV. Weitere Ziele sind die Verringerung der krankheitsbedingten Arbeitsausfälle, Erhöhung des Wohlbefindens und die Entlastung der Beschäftigten. Die Bezugsdauer der Dienstleistung soll für einen Zeitraum von 8 Jahren neu vergeben werden. Mit Ende des ersten Jahres hat der Auftraggeber die Möglichkeit, mit einer Frist von 3 Monaten vor Ablauf des ersten Vertragsjahres, den Rahmenvertrag zu kündigen. Nach Ablauf der Frist, ist eine 7-malige Verlängerung um jeweils 1 Jahr zu den gleichen Konditionen möglich, sofern nicht mit einer Frist von 3 Monate vor Ablauf eines jeden Vertragsjahres gekündigt wird. Der Rahmenvertrag soll zum 01.01.2027 geschlossen werden.
