Sortierung und die Vermarktung des kommunalen Anteils an Papier, Pappe und Kartonagen sowie des Anteils an lizenzierten Verkaufsverpackungen (sofern keine physische Übergabe an die Systembetreiber erfolgt). Die Vergabe der Leistungen erfolgte in einem Los. Der Auftraggeber führt die Einsammlung und Erfassung von Papier, Pappe, Kartonagen mit eigenem Personal und eigenen Fahrzeugen durch. Die Einsammlung und Erfassung erfolgt - im Holsystem (mittels MGB Zweirad- und Vierradbehälter) und - im Bringsystem (mittels Depotcontainer und an Wertstoffhöfen). Der Betrieb der Übergabestelle sowie das Verpressen der Mengen erfolgen derzeit durch die Entsorgungszentrum Lübeck GmbH (kurz: EZL) einem Tochterunternehmen der Entsorgungsbetriebe Lübeck / Hansestadt Lübeck. Der vergebene Auftrag umfasst die Übernahme, den Transport, ggf.
