Description

Der vergebene Auftrag umfasste die Übernahme, den Transport und Entsorgung der Schwerstoffe aus der Mechanisch-Biologischen Abfallbehandlungsanlage sowie des Sieb- und Rechenguts aus dem Zentralklärwerk der Hansestadt Lübeck. Einerseits handelte es sich bei den leistungsgegenständlichen Abfällen um Schwerstoffe, die bei der Behandlung von Restabfall in der Mechanisch-Biologischen Abfallbehandlungsanlage anfallen und nach der AVV dem Abfallschlüssel 19 12 12 zugeordnet waren. Andererseits handelte es sich bei den leistungsgegenständlichen Abfällen um das Sieb- und Rechengut aus der Rechenanlage im Zentralklärwerk der Hansestadt Lübeck. Dieses wird durch die Entsorgungsbetriebe Lübeck - Sparte Stadtentwässerung an der MBA angeliefert und dem Auftragnehmer zum Transport und zur Entsorgung zusammen mit den Schwerstoffen bereitgestellt. Diese Abfälle sind nach der AVV dem Abfallschlüssel 19 08 01 zugeordnet. Der Auftragnehmer hat die Leistung mit eigenen Containern zu erbringen und ausreichend Wechselcontainer auf dem Gelände des Auftraggebers vorzuhalten. Dabei werden die Container im Wechsel unter dem Abwurf der Schwergutverladung gestellt und automatisch befüllt. Der Auftragnehmer hat für die Vorhaltung ausreichender Container zu sorgen.
