Description

Mitte 2026 erfolgt der Umzug des Strafjustizzentrums, infolge dessen die bisher genutzten Gebäude vollständig geräumt werden müssen. In diesen Gebäuden befinden sich nach Umzug noch Gegenstände und Materialien, welche zu räumen, zu entrümpeln und sachgerecht und unter Einhaltung einschlägiger Rechtsvorschriften (insbesondere nach dem Kreislaufwirtschaftsgesetz (KrWG) i.V.m. dem Bayerischen Abfallwirtschaftsgesetz (BayAbfG)) zu entsorgen sind. Ferner sind durch die Auftragnehmerin insbesondere bei der Entsorgung von Datenträgern oder Altpapier sämtliche hierfür geltenden Datenschutzvorschriften (u.a. der Datenschutzgrundverordnung (DSGVO), des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes (BDSG) und des Bayerischen Datenschutzgesetzes (BayDSG)) einzuhalten. Die hierzu notwendigen Räumungsleistungen (einschließlich Räumung, Abtransport, und ggf. Vernichtung oder Verwertung) werden aufgrund der Unvorhersehbarkeit der nach Räumung noch vorhandenen Gegenstände und Materialien nach kurzfristig zu bestimmendem Bedarf benötigt. Deshalb sollen die Leistungen über eine Rahmenvereinbarung mit der Auftragnehmerin abgedeckt werden. Dafür stellt die Auftragnehmerin fachkundiges Personal und Räumungshilfsmittel, insbesondere geeignete Fahrzeuge und Container sowie Transportmittel für die Vertragslaufzeit bereit.
