Summary

Machine-generated summary

The buyer is seeking a contractor to clear the buildings of the criminal justice centre in Germany, which will be vacated in mid-2026. The contractor must remove, dispose of and recover remaining items and materials in compliance with waste law, including the German Circular Economy Act and Bavarian waste legislation, and must comply with data protection rules when handling data carriers and waste paper. Because needs cannot be predicted, services will be covered by a framework agreement, with the contractor providing skilled staff, vehicles, containers and transport for the contract duration.
