Los 1: Umschlag von ca. 8.525 t/a PPK in Großraumtransporter Los 2: Übernahme und ordnungsgemäße Verwertung der PPK Gegenstand der in Los 1 ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist der Umschlag der vom Osnabrücker Service-Betrieb erfassten PPK in einer hierfür geeigneten und genehmigten Anlage. Die Anlage muss für einen Umschlag in Großraumtransporter (Walking Floor) geeignet sein. Die Entfernung der vorgesehenen Umschlaganlage zum Einsammlungsgebiet (Stadt Osnabrück) und zum Betriebshof des OSB beeinflusst die Kosten der Einsammlung. Deshalb darf sich der Standort der Umschlaganlage nicht weiter als 15 Straßen-km entfernt vom Betriebshof des OSB, Hafenringstraße 12, 49090 Osnabrück befinden; innerhalb dieses Bereichs wird der Standort bei der Angebotswertung durch einen Malus bewertet. Gegenstand der in Los 2 ausgeschriebenen Leistung ist die Übernahme der PPK am Standort der Umschlaganlage aus Los 1. Vertragsmenge ist die Sammelmenge abzüglich der an die Systeme herausgegebenen Anteile. Die Abholung erfolgt mit Walking Floor-Fahrzeugen. Die PPK sind einer ordnungsgemäßen und schadlosen stofflichen Verwertung zuzuführen. Es ist dem AN freigestellt, ob er das Material direkt zu einer Papierfabrik fährt oder zuvor sortiert, lagert, presst oder anderweitig behandelt.
