Description

Klärschlammentsorgung für den ZVO von insgesamt 4 Kläranlagen Der ZVO beabsichtigt den im Zweckverbandsgebiet anfallenden Klärschlamm (ca.1.800 t/a) durch ein zugelassenes Unternehmen entsorgen zu lassen. Der Klärschlamm wird zuvor durch den ZVO entwässert und anschließend zu dem überdachten Klärschlammzwischenlager der Kläranlage Quedlinburg (Feldmark rechts der Bode 5, 06484 Quedlinburg) transportiert. Durch den Auftragnehmer sind dort wöchentlich ausreichend Transportcontainer (Abrollcontainer) bereitzustellen. Die Befüllung der Container erfolgt regelmäßig im Laufe der Woche durch den ZVO. Nach Befüllung und Information des ZVO an den AN ist der Klärschlamm unmittelbar abzutransportieren, mittels zugelassener und geprüfter Waage zu verwiegen und ordnungsgemäß zu verwerten. Zum Umfang der zu vergebenen Leistungen zählen: 1. Transport des Klärschlammes zur Verwertungs-/ Verbrennungsanlage 2. Bereitstellung von Abrollcontainern 3. Verwertung bzw. Verbrennung des Klärschlammes Der anfallende Klärschlammanfall ist bedingt durch die Verfahrenstechnik der vollbiologischen Kläranlagen nicht kontinuierlich und beträgt in der Jahressumme ca. 1.800 t/a mit einem TS-Gehalt von 20 - 22%.
