The contracting authority is seeking a partner for an infrastructure partnership for the development and operation of the High-Tech Park in Germany. The procedure is a competitive dialogue. The ideal partner is a financially strong, long-term oriented infrastructure company that plans, finances, builds and operates energy and data infrastructure over decades in a win-win oriented joint venture model, sharing risks and returns while respecting political and strategic site goals. An initial target concept is presented indicatively in the project description. The aim of the dialogue phase is to test and adjust assumptions and develop a viable implementation model. The buyer reserves the option to extend supply to additional areas 2 and 3.
