The contracting authority, HTP GmbH, is seeking a partner for an infrastructure partnership covering the development and operation of the High-Tech Park in Germany. The scope includes the holistic planning, financing, construction and long-term operation of energy and data infrastructure. The ideal partner is a financially strong, long-term oriented infrastructure company willing to share risks and returns in a joint venture model and to respect political and strategic site goals. The procedure is a competitive dialogue; an initial concept is available in the project description. An option exists to extend supply to further areas (areas 2 and 3). Details will be provided during the dialogue phase.
