Gegenstand des öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrags ist die Vermarktung von Strom aus einer kommunalen Erzeugungsanlage des Zweckverbands Restmüll-heizkraftwerk Böblingen (ZVRBB) sowie die Erbringung sämtlicher zugehöriger energiewirtschaftlicher Dienstleistungen. Der Auftragnehmer verpflichtet sich, die von dem ZVRBB bereitgestellten Strommengen aus der kommunalen Erzeugungsanlage (Restmüllheizkraftwerk) inner-halb eigener oder ihm übertragenen Bilanzkreise zu vermarkten und für den öffentlichen Auftraggeber eine wirtschaftlich und regulatorisch sichere, risikoaverse sowie marktnahe und innovative Stromvermarktung zu gewährleisten Gegenstand des öffentlichen Dienstleistungsauftrags ist die Vermarktung von Strom aus einer kommunalen Erzeugungsanlage des Zweckverbands Restmüllheizkraftwerk Böblingen (ZVRBB) sowie die Erbringung sämtlicher zugehöriger energiewirtschaftlicher Dienstleistungen.
