Description

Übernahme von Dienstleistungen der Netzführung Strom, Redispatch 2.0, Störungsmanagement inkl. vorbereitetem Implementierungsprojekt Die Stadtwerke Bad Salzuflen GmbH (StwBS) versorgt die Stadt Bad Salzuflen mit Energie und Wasser. Für die zentrale Netzführung der Strom-, Gas-, Wasser- und Fernwärmenetze besteht ein Dienstleistungsvertrag mit einem Anbieter am Markt. Diese Dienstleistung der Netzführung soll neu ausgeschrieben werden. Die auszuschreibenden Dienstleistungen umfassen: • die Netzführung Strom • die Meldestelle für Störungsrufannahme inkl. der Informationsweiterleitung • die Abwicklung des Redispatch 2.0. Zusätzlich sind folgende vorbereitenden Leistungen zu erbringen: • Netzdatenübernahme in das Netzleitsystem des Dienstleisters • Anbindung der Fernwirktechnik der STWBS an das Netzleitsystem des Dienstleisters, vorzugsweise über eine Glasfaserverbindung. o Sofern die Herstellung/ Anmietung einer Glasfaserverbindung in der Erwartungshaltung des Bieters länger als ein Jahr beansprucht, ist dies im Angebot zu benennen. o Sofern eine gesicherte Verbindung nicht innerhalb eines Jahres hergestellt werden kann, ist eine Übergangslösung zu benennen. • Festlegung der Randbedingungen für die Kommunikationsanbindungen • Abstimmung der konkreten Prozessabläufe, z. B. für planmäßige und störungsbedingte Schaltungen und Maßnahmen
