Die Förderrichtlinie EBW setzt einen wichtigen finanziellen Anreiz insbesondere für private Eigentümerinnen und Eigentümer sowie Wohnungsnutzende, um eine umfassende, qualifizierte Energieberatung in Anspruch zu nehmen. Die Beratungen bieten eine wertvolle Entscheidungsgrundlage, um weitere Investitionen in wirtschaftliche sinnvolle Maßnahmen zu planen und die bestehenden Effizienzpotenziale zu nutzen. Im Rahmen einer umfassenden Evaluation sollen erstmals die Wirkungen der EBW-Förderrichtlinie für die Förderjahre 2019-2025 bewertet werden, insbesondere auch als Beitrag für die nach § 7 Abs. 2 BHO vorgeschriebene Erfolgskontrolle (Zielerreichungs-, Wirkungs- und Wirtschaftlichkeitskontrolle), Dabei sollen auch Vorschläge für eine Weiterentwicklung der EBW-Förderrichtlinie.unterbreitet werden.
