Description

Durch das Projekt „Generalsanierung Forbach (F) - Ludwigshafen“ (kurz: GS POS-Nord) wird die Bahnstrecke von Forbach (F) über Saarbrücken Hbf, St. Ingbert, Homburg (Saar) Hbf, Kaiserslau-tern Hbf, Neustadt (Weinstr) Hbf, Schifferstadt nach Ludwigshafen (Rhein) Hbf umfangreich modernisiert. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Planungsleistungen der Leit- und Sicherungstechnik (LST) für die gesamte Strecke. Die LST-Planung wird in 3 Lose aufgeteilt, die sich an den geografischen Grenzen der 3 Radio Block Center (RBC) orientieren, welche durch das vorauslaufende Projekt 'Korridor Rhine-Alpine' realisiert werden. Das Projekt 'Korridor Rhine-Alpine' wird die bestehende Strecke mit ETCS Lvl 2 mit Signalen im Jahre 2027 ausrüsten. Die Planungsgrundlage für die korrespondierenden Bereiche sind die Planungen des 'Korridor Rhine-Alpine'. Die hier ausgeschriebene LST-Planung muss in ETCS L2 mS erfolgen. Ausgeschrieben werden die LST-Planungsleistungen für die Leistungsphasen (Lph) 1 und 2 als Hauptleistungen. Die Planung der Lph 3 wird als optionale Leistungen angefragt. Das Ergebnis der Lph 3 soll eine qualitätsgeprüfte PT1-Planung sein, welche direkt zur Planprüfung eingereicht werden kann.
