Summary

Machine-generated summary

The City of Herne in Germany is procuring geological investigation and consultancy services for the development of the 'Blumenthal hoch3' research and business site on the former General Blumenthal XI colliery, a roughly 23.5 ha brownfield area near Herne-Wanne-Eickel main station. The project envisions a modern high-tech and green-tech quarter with a cable car link over the railway tracks. This is an EU-wide public procurement procedure; interested companies may submit a bid under the announced procedure.
