Description

Hauptziel dieser Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe eines Rahmenvertrages für den nächsten anstehenden Lifecycle an einen fachkundigen und leistungsfähigen AN zur Erbringung der erforderlichen Managed Print Services auf Mietbasis. Im Rahmen des zukünftigen Vertrags zur gesamten Dokumentenumgebung (Print und Scan) soll der AN das gesamte Lifecycle Management sowie den Betrieb dieser Umgebung übernehmen. Dies umfasst die Neu- und Ersatzbeschaffung diverser Hard- und Softwarekomponenten, IMAC-Prozesse, Service-, Support- und Wartungsleistungen, Disposition, Bevorratung und Lieferung von Toner und Verschleißmaterialien sowie der Betrieb der gesamten Hard-, Software- und Printserverumgebung. Neben der Modernisierung der gesamten Hard- und Softwarekomponenten steht auch eine weitere Optimierung der Betriebsleistungen von Servern und Anwendungen im Fokus.
