Die zm ist das gemeinsame amtliche Veröffentlichungsorgan der Kassenzahnärztlichen Bundesvereinigung sowie der Bundeszahnärztekammer. Für die zm umfasst das vertragliche Leistungsspektrum die Vermarktung, das Einwerben von Anzeigen (Display) primär bei der Dentalindustrie, das Einwerben und Handling von Kleinanzeigen (incl. Personalanzeigen) sowie das Layout der von den Konzessionsgebern erstellten Inhalte, die redaktionelle Erstellung der Marktseiten, die Erstellung der Terminseiten, die Herstellung, den Druck und den Versand der zm als Printversion und des ePapers. Die umfangserweiternden amtlichen Bekanntmachungen der Konzessionsgeber sind inkludiert (s. dazu Tabelle B.2 Leistungsanforderungen, Anlage). Für das Internetangebot zm-online erstellen die Konzessionsgeber die Inhalte. Der Konzessionsnehmer stellt das Webportal sowie das zur Produktion erforderliche Redaktionssystem und die technische Betreuung auch für zm Print / ePaper. Die Konzessionsgeber beabsichtigen die Vergabe einer Konzession auf Grundlage der den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügten Vertragsentwürfe (s. C.1 bis C.4) und nach Maßgabe der ebenfalls den Vergabeunterlagen beigefügten Leistungsmerkmale und -anforderungen (s. B.1 und B.2).
