Description

Brieflaufzeitmessung im inländischen Netz des Universaldienstanbieters Post Mit dem am 19. Juli 2024 in Kraft getretenen novellierten Postgesetz (PostG) wurde die Aufgabe der Laufzeitmessungen Brief und Paket auf die Bundesnetzagentur übertragen. Gemäß § 20 Abs. 2 PostG überprüft die Bundesnetzagentur die Laufzeitvorgabe für Briefsendungen nach § 18 Abs. 1 Nr. 1 PostG durch regelmäßige Laufzeitmessungen unter Berücksichtigung anerkannter Standards. Aus der gesetzlichen Anforderung zur Messung inländischer Briefsendungen ergeben sich in der Praxis zwei Bereiche bzw. Teilmessungen, die berücksichtigt werden müssen: a. Messung der Durchlaufzeit von Einzelbriefsendungen Ende zu Ende Mit Ergänzung: Messung der Laufzeiten von Einschreibesendungen (Standard und Einwurf) b. Messung der Durchlaufzeit von Massensendungen Ende zu Ende.
