Description

Abschluss eines Vertrages zur besonderen Versorgung nach § 140a SGB V über ein digitales Darmkrebsscreening ("digi-iFOBT") Die AOK Bayern (AOK BY) möchte ihren Versicherten die Nutzung eines Versorgungsangebotes der Darmkrebsfrüherkennung in Form eines Selbsttest (iFOBT), bei dem verdecktes Blut im Stuhl erkennbar wird, für zu Hause anbieten. Besonders im Bereich der Darmkrebsvorsorge kann durch ein niederschwelliges hybrides Angebot in Form eines Selbsttests mittels iFOB-Test, welches digital zur Verfügung gestellt wird, die Hürde der Anteilnahme von Vorsorgeuntersuchungen gesteigert werden. Darmkrebs zählt zu den drei häufigsten Krebserkrankungen in Deutschland: Rund 33.000 Männer und 28.000 Frauen erkranken pro Jahr an Darmkrebs. Rund 24.100 Patienten sterben jährlich an ihrer Erkrankung. Damit zählt Darmkrebs zu den meistverbreiteten Krebstodesarten. Ebenfalls stieg die Anzahl der Neuerkrankungen bei den 25- bis 49-jährigen seit 2002 um 11% an. Diese Altersgruppe hat aktuell aber noch keinen gesetzlichen Anspruch auf eine Darmkrebsvorsorge und dies, obwohl in Deutschland inzwischen jede 10. Darmkrebs-Neuerkrankung bei Menschen unter 50 Jahren diagnostiziert wird. Das Risiko einer Erkrankung kann durch einen frühzeitigen iFOB-Test identifiziert werden. Eine frühzeitige Erkennung der Erkrankung kann Leben retten und bedeutet eine 90%ige Heilungschance bei einer Behandlung im Frühstadium.
