Ziel der Vergabe ist die Erstellung des 8. Berichts zur Lage der Menschen mit Behinderungen im Freistaat Sachsen einschließlich Evaluation des Aktionsplans 2023 und Fortschreibung des Aktionsplans der Sächsischen Staatsregierung zur Umsetzung der UN-BRK zum Aktionsplan 3.0. Die Erstellung des 8. Berichts zur Lage der Menschen mit Behinderungen im Freistaat Sachsen sowie die Fortschreibung des Aktionsplans der Sächsischen Staatsregierung zur Umsetzung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention (UN-BRK) basieren auf den gesetzlichen Vorgaben des Sächsischen Inklusionsgesetzes (SächsInklusG). Der Auftrag besteht aus den folgenden Leistungsbestandteilen: Die in Auftrag zu gebende Leistung umfasst folgende Arbeitspakete 1 - 5: 1. Datenbasierte Situationsbeschreibung, Inklusionsindikatoren und Evaluation (Teilbericht 1) 2. Beteiligungsverfahren zur Erarbeitung des Aktionsplans 3.0 3. Erarbeitung Aktionsplan 3.0 (Teilbericht 2) 4. Gesamtbericht 5. Ergebnispräsentation, Barrierefreie Zusammenfassung nach Kabinettsbeschluss
