Description

Gegenstand des vorliegenden offenen Verfahrens ist der Abschluss eines Vertrages über die notärztliche Versorgung an den Notarztstandorten Schwarzenberg (Los 1) und Eibenstock (Los 2). Eine detaillierte Leistungsbeschreibung ist den Bewerbungsbedingungen als Anlage 1-1 beigefügt. Die vertraglichen Verpflichtungen ergeben sich aus dem den Bewerbungsbedingungen als Anlage 1-2 und 1-3 beigefügten Vertrag. Angaben zum voraussichtlichen Auftragsvolumen können nur auf Basis von Erfahrungswerten aus der Vergangenheit gemacht werden. Die Auftraggeberin kalkuliert jährlich für den Standort Schwarzenberg mit ca. 1700 Alarmierungen und für den Standort Eibenstock mit jährlich ca. 790 Alarmierungen. Die gemachten Mengenangaben dienen lediglich der Orientierung und stellen kein garantiertes Abnahmevolumen dar, sodass die angegebenen Mengen auch signifikant über- bzw. unterschritten werden können. Eine Abruf-verpflichtung der Auftraggeberin aus der Rahmenvereinbarung in einer bestimmten Höhe besteht aber nicht. Die tatsächliche Alarmierungshäufigkeit hängt vielmehr vom konkreten Bedarf ab.
